Both apartments are accessed from the first floor of the same building. "Mare" is spread over two levels, with a spectacular 40 m² panoramic terrace offering sea views, sunset views, and views of Isola dei Conigli, plus a Jacuzzi for 2. "Terra" is all on one level, with more spacious interiors, an XL Jacuzzi (for 2–4 people), a private balcony with a table for two, and a dedicated workspace.

Each apartment accommodates up to 4 adults, with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area.
